My sex life, recent purchases, and otherwise update on lifeSo, we'll start with my sex life, since that is a topic people enjoy, or seem to. Actually, Peter and I have been having sex less than usual lately. I don't know why that is, but we usually only do about once a day now, compared to when we did at least twice a day. Some days we don't even do it...but only if I forget. I nearly always initiate it, he only does if he's been reading literotica, or sometimes when he wakes up with a hard-on and doesn't need to go pee first. I'm just horny, all my friends know it. Maybe my sex drive has lessened now that I get it whenever I want, I really don't know. We still haven't had any problems in our marriage though, so, yay! Any and all problems we have are resolved quickly and easily and without much debate. We are quite the agreeable couple, I must say. I was very glad that when I spontaneously bought some mice one day that he wasn't cross with me. hehe Speaking of the mice, there they are sitting next to me in their extreme funtime cage. The four girls like to cuddle together and make a nest of newspaper in the upper level. One is albino (I named her Cosette, and she's the smart one), one is white with a brown head and brown butt (I named her Eponine, she's been shy and squeaks a lot ever since I freaked her out with a bath), one is black with a white stripe (her name is Delilah, and she's the loner), and one is grey with big black eyes (I named her Bianca, and she's the calm one). The names Cosette and Eponine obviously come from Les Miserables, one of my favorite musicals. Cosette escaped her cage last night, so Peter put bobby pins in the spaces she figured she could squeeze between...all has been calm since then. The other purchase, the big one I made this week, was a new laptop. My old laptop was four years old, and the battery would die after very short periods of time, often in the middle of playing Civilization V. The final straw was the virus I got...there was like eighty viruses somehow, or so it said, and I couldn't do a system restore due to "no point to restore to". So I bought this new Samsung laptop for around $800, it came with a free xbox 360. I am pleased with this new computer, and I've already customized it to my liking, easily replacing my dead Acer. I also downloaded an emulator and started playing Ocarina of Time again on it, woot! Work is fine lately, only scheduling sucks, as usual. At least my co-worker, Jennifer is working my birthday for me...this way my hubby and I can spend it together. The first time I get birthday sex! I'm actually considered a pretty good CNA nowadays, which makes me feel needed. I do my job, and I care about my residents, that is all they can ask of me really. Okay, random entry finished! Time to shower and get ready to make something of my day! Societal TactfulnessSo, just how much tact should you have in public? My sister and I had a big disagreement today because I am so open about taboo subjects in restaraunts and stores. In private she doesn't mind talking about such things, but when other people are around she whispers for me to stop. I told her I would try to meet her halfway, that I would try to catch myself, but there are instances I think she is just too sensitive and cares too much about what other people think. She is too stubborn to admit she is being a bit unreasonable, but whatever. She never admits to being wrong. Like when I apologize or admit I'm wrong about something, she just agrees that I am wrong and that's that. Ugh...she is just a fiery stubborn red head so often. We've always been close despite that, but I have to be the one to bow out to please her. She makes me feel like I'm wrong no matter what the subject is. Anyway, I'm getting away from the topic. I just wonder how much people actually care about conversations in public, because I don't, personally.
